Situated 6km from the centre but with tarmac at the back of the house to the road which is 100 metres away, this type of house is a rarity in this region and in fact pretty much everywhere in the world!

House of the Arts is a beautiful, charming, comfortable house with lots of light tucked away hidden on a sandy tropical beach. You can relax in the pool and gaze at the sea only a few feet away.

The house comes with a private pool, patio and BBQ

In the lounge there’s a smart TV with Netflix and cable TV as well as quality WI Fi.

The integrated kitchen has all the utensils you’ll need as well as an oven, duplex fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Also, pans, plates, cups and glasses.

Our suites have comfortable beds with quality 100% cotton sheets.

The area is extremely safe and at night the beach is restricted to the people in the 5 houses of the condominium as well as the other inhabitants of the “Barra do Corumbe” beach.

This house is a hit with large groups of families or friends. It was built especially to accommodate with comfort, charm and practicality. It’s decor is clean, simple and modern. A charming pool, barbecue area and varanda facing the sea.

Jasmim’s right in front of Jabaquara beach, near kiosks, restaurants and close to the historic centre. Beautiful Jasmim!

Accommodation:

– Ample capacity for 12 people;

– 5 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning (4 with double bed and one with two bunk beds);

– Living room combined with dining room + extra WC;

– Led 32′ with cable TV; Netflix

– American kitchen with blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, cooktop and microwave;

– Veranda, Barbecue area and pool face the beach;

Within 100 metres there is a supermarket with cafe, and lots of beach bars and restaurants if you don’t want to cook.

Combining cosiness, comfort and privacy the house offers all you need to live as if you were at home: A practical American kitchen comes with cooktop stove, electric oven, blender, toaster, dishes, pots, cutlery and necessary utensils. There are 3 comfortable suites with box spring beds, soft sheets and bathrooms. All have air con.

Suite #1 comes with balcony facing the sea: 1 double bed and bunk.

Suite #2 comes with balcony facing the sea: 1 double bed and a double sofa bed.

Ground floor suite: 1 double bed.

Lovely pool/hidro (not heated) plus BBQ and patio with views of the sea and surrounding islands. Its a fantastic space to have fun with friends and family! In addition, there is a Smart TV with lots of film channels, Netflix as well as hi-speed WiFi

Amber is a beautiful new house situated on a quiet street in front of Jabaquara beach. The large outside terrace and barbecue area is a favourite with guests.

Spacious, cosy and charming 3 bedrooms with air con, barbecue area in front of the pool and off-street parking. Amber’s small pool with hydro is perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. Hard to find a new house that offers such comfort with ocean and mountain views and at such an attractive price.

Accomodations:

– Ground floor with dining/living room, open style kitchen and one double en-suite bedroom

– Second floor with two en-suite bedrooms with air con and balcony. One with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other with double bed and double sofa bed.

Location:

Jabaquara beach is only 1.5 km from the historic old town with beautiful views, many kiosks and restaurants. No car necessary. A local market with bakery and everything you need is less than 200 metres from the house on the beach road towards town. The bus stop is only few steps away from the front gate.
